isobelbaby97 I actually find it off putting... the geezer act is played out. I want to focus on the ingredients, the dish, the flow of cooking not his voice or hands, couldn’t care less about it.
Subtitles at 1:20 might need adjusting...

Does Steve intentionally use small cooking utensils to make his hands look gigantic?

it's not the size of the wooden spoon that matters. it's how you use it 😎

He shows you at 02:00...
Certainly no shortage of superlatives! Great tasting recipe though.
Would you be able to film this but make it for 5 people? I'm trying to feed my whole house here but I can't seem to get this together with the crisp/rawness level in the veg I need when I use enough for all of us. Should I just keep everybody waiting for their portion?

Thewooshh technically at Wagamamas food comes when it’s ready so maybe that’s the secret of the food tasting so good 😂

Does your barber come to you?
He actually uses chicken thighs in this dish rather than breast as stated in the recipe
this guy cooks like a bit of an amateur. Weird.

chilldude22 - in what way? He’s an exec chef at a Japanese restaurant. Do you know what that takes? He doesn’t have anything to prove. He’s doing it slowly for the video to make it accessible for home cooks.

@@Shelsight I know what it takes of course. I'm saying as someone who cooks for a living, he doesn't look like a particularly good cook.
