Pac is the goat. He was the biggest rapper and he was just 25. He came out in 91 and died in mid 96. Subtract a year from when he did prison time. Dude has accomplish more under the shortest amount of time. Than any rapper before or after him. 5 albums and 6 movies. From 21 years old to 25. His work ethic can’t be touched. Plus he has the biggest impact.

Here's how I look at it my favorite artist was 2pac. His life was cut short at barely 25 years old. If you want to compare your number one to mine then cut their catalog off at age 25. There is no one ever who released more impactful music than 2pac in such a short period of time. Songs like Changes and Dear Mama are still played daily 27 years after his death.

It's hard to make up a list when people add so many different criteria to compose their list instead of just that of SKILLS, and PURE LISTENING PLEASURE and perhaps INFLUENCE on other artists That's easier to do than "the greatest" rappers. Because then you start creating criteria like how many records they sold and/or naming rappers who don't even write their own lyrics! There have got to be some parameters.
