Great video. The hip thrust is my biggest issue with the axle clean. I’d really like you to talk about what small things you can do to fix frame/farmers

Wonder how much olympic lifters can do on an axle instead of barbell. Mad that they can do like 230kg plus barbell while only being like 100kg bodyweight and top strongmen often max out around 200kg on the axle.

Hook grip off the floor to the stomach/belt. I like a false grip when it’s on the stomach. You can also try and time the bar whip on the bar flip and press
