Yes. During lighter phases of training we do both arms just in case I ever need to use the left due to an injury. In contest I still only use my right

While learning you would likely benefit from 2 sessions per week keeping it light and hitting positions. As you get closer to the show and you’re getting the movement down reduce to 1.

Yes it’s because I’m running the Rainier Classic. We operate with a small team, and I didn’t think I could find a replacement for myself on such short notice. If they would have told me sooner I could have made arrangements

Single arm pressing things over head is always a fun party trick. Don’t train it for strongman. Train it to be cool at parties 😂

Awesome news. Just want to say that if you want more competitions, the OSG regional qualifiers also give you a spot on the Magnus Classic on top of the main OSG show. There is also the shaw classic open, but if I am being honest you are already better than all 4 of these shows after your performance at Arnold's UK
