LAFP Ep 2: 2023 Year in Review
2023 was the year that the "Silver Bullet" finally got a win. It was my first full year as a pro. It was the first time I ever competed internationally. It was a year where I got to compete against some of the best in the world, and proved that I belong.
To ring in the New Year, I sat down with Alec to discuss the most effective training that we did in 2023, low points of the year, competition highlights, and goal for 2024.
