Training log from 2/7 with Young Braden. Far from an ideal session, but the work got done. In this session we discuss my favorite squat and deadlift progression for peaking. This is something Alec has been tweaking for the last 2 years with great success. Body is starting to feel the fatigue from this peak, but we are on track and going to be ready on game day.

    Keep the edits in!😂😂😂 Also don't give up & don't stop sharing the warm-ups, Noone ik of shares that stuff & its crucial to incorporate, im out here training on a budget & in a barn, so getting that knowledge helps me tremendously!!
