I've had another very difficult day (Including incidents of direct racism BY other ethnic minorities as a vulnerable ethnic British woman) so am listening to your podcast to try and feel less alone.

Oh. My. God!!!!! This is such a powerful, emotional, empowering, and eye-opening episode. I know people in my life who have lost someone due to suicide. It is such a common thing, especially among the younger generation. Thank you, Ben, for being so honest about everything and it is really fantastic that you're going around spreading awareness. Thank you Shivani for another passionate and emotionally powerful conversation. I really really love this episode and I will definitely share this with the people in my life as I firmly believe this will help them with the guilt and grief.
