Wow! The way Karega explained how he's feeling got me chocked up a bit! It's so powerful to hear black men expressing their feelings 🤍
I’m happy that so many safe spaces are being created for black men to be safe, seen, heard, educated, loved, and also teach. ❤

Right I was just listening deeply and then it was gone😉😉😉
This was such a powerful conversation. The pantry analogy was so eye opening. Grow thru it..... Essential relentlessness ..... When Tank pointed out that black men in America are born in trauma, that was a profound point
This mens round table, for me as a woman who is married and struggling in the marriage, I need to hear. It is helping me to understand my husband better. It's giving me tools to be able to communicate with him better. As a woman married to a man, I appreciate this so much. Thank you.
This is profound. I love to see men being vulnerable and mulitfaceted. Keep growing and healing guys.
To go there you gotta grow there, If you don't go within, you will go without! wasn't expecting this to be this good but I'm pleasantly surprised, thank you, brothers!
The pantry analogy was so good! What a wholesome conversation
"Doubts come from lived experiences" God this is a definitely reality BUT your Word is THE TRUTH! I thank you for your Word and your truth over my life. 🙏
Great conversation, fellas. Shout out, Tank!
IF YOU DON'T GO WITHIN, YOU WILL GO WITHOUT.

Glad you enjoyed it!
What is most beautiful and powerful for me listening to these great men share such incredible and personal insights is what I was able to LEARN from the conversation. It's empowered me as a Black Woman to assist with, support, and encourage this type of connection and dialogue for my sons, my brothers, my uncles, my male friends, and my future husband. These men are glowing examples of God's love and power, and I salute each of them! 👏❤️
I’m so Proud of My Black Kings the conversation was Deep!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤Pain is inevitable but me Misery is Optional, Marcus Today l got it I choose to deal with the Pain and now it’s time for me to Be Happy and I will choose Happiness, Thank You to all You Black Kings❤❤❤❤❤❤
I need more of this type food for thought. As a 21 year old whos questioning life and who i am/want to be in this life , doing the inner work cleaning out my pantry , this was a great conversation that helped expand my understanding and awareness of myself. Thanks💙👏‼️
Being a Mental Health Expertise I must applaud the bluntness of the panelists especially that it's men cause most of them are not expressive out there 👏 Mental Health is a Priority. It's okay not be okay and it's also okay talk to seek help. 📌
I’m proud of this and want to start a group like this. This is something we need in my opinion. More intimate than a barber shop. Less intimate than a label in a psych office. Thank you.
Insightful discussion. Transparency greatly appreciated. Best blessings to the panel.
I’m grateful that there’s a platform where black men can come and be open with themselves, each other, and our community like this. You guys are appreciated more than you think.🙏🏾 Bless you all ✨
I wish these brothers seek professional help/support. Wishing them good mental health and success in all their endeavors! Peace n Love!💛💜💚🙏🏾
I’m using that pantry analogy forever!
I am so thankful to God for these spaces and conversations for Black Men! I've NEVER heard men express deep feelings about their self doubts, journey pivots and growth in perspectives and introspection. This is feeding my spirit in a way I didn't even know I needed. THANK YOU!!!
THANK YOU-THANK YOU-THANK YOU to Black Love and the panelists for this discussion, you fed my mind and soul.
I’d rather watch this than Drink Champs any day. 🙌🏾❤
Power and Necessary Convo!!!✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
This is so powerful & necessary! What resonated with me most was clearly the "pantry" analogy & Glenn saying they need you but you need you more. That landed for me. I love these conversations definitely need an hour or more!
Anthony's voice is so deep! I have boys and couldn't imagine their voice changing into something so masculine lol great conversation though!
I'm on my THIRD WATCH. I really appreciate this. It is helping me see myself in a different light. THANK YOU YOU GUYS HAVE A NEW FOLLERER.

How your head brother ✊🏾
Thankful for men who are open and willing to converse about these topics , who help me understand my man on a more intimate level, as a man and human. Many times men think speaking on these topics means they’re weak and they are not! They are just as appreciated for holding it down for so long while fighting for themselves, their families, their kids, their health and still coming to the surface to speak of when they need the same support in return! Thank yall for being an inspiration to both women and men. God bless you guys
Congratulations to these brothers and many blessings and I do understand that men need to be happy too and find there way.
I appreciate this. Beautiful

“If you don’t go within, you will go without” 🤦🏾♂️✅
Absolutely loved this conversation! Even as a woman I could relate to some of the things these men were sharing. Thank you for making a safe space that allowed them to speak truthfully. Longer episodes would be appreciated ❤❤
“Pain is inevitable,misery is optional”
When you change the way you look at things... the things you look at change 💎💎
Just want to salute these BLACK MEN for the transparency, I know you all as men are taught to never show emotion so to see this beautiful platform I am in AWE. This helps me understand my husband also. so THANK YOU FOR THIS POSITIVE PLATFORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍
