In my experience of getting bullied and picked on, when I ignore it or mind my business I start getting slapped around, chocked, grabbed by the neck and punched in the face, all so he can laugh in everybody else's face for having any sympathy for me, until everybody stops caring and he can then rub in my face how no one cares about me. And after all that he's like "God's gonna get you for everything you white people did!😈" He definitely has high T and narcissistic personality disorder, saying things like it's his God given right to r*** white women and anyone who ever disobeys or disagrees with him on anything goes to hell cause God gave him that power. It depends on exactly how messed up they are. Some people feel so entitled to your negative response, they won't stop. They'll keep at it, encroaching as far into your boundaries as they can get. Being stoic won't make them leave disheartened- it will fuel them. So it's ok to go off on them and make them look stupid, preferably with other people around. If their behavior is more benign, be upfront and say something like, "I am not amused. I am uncomfortable. I expect you to cut this out or leave me alone." If they keep at it, get a third party to intervene or at least promise yourself that you won't associate with them again. Such a response might seem harsh, but best believe this behavior won't stop until it is stopped!! It's ok to take up space and set boundaries.

fighting and fear is addictive, but i hope the she realize that if they bump into a man who isnt raised to be a gentleman and truly sees her as a mere equal in human being then the violence will be like getting hit like being in a car accident. dont try to teach a male stranger "sum manners" by physically assaulting them, the favor might get returned. But even if the men are raised gentlemen, I found a loophole, and definitely plan to do so in a manner next time so it can only be construed as self-defense (like a dodge and attack within the same motion and within the same second) so that no one can fault me for someone getting hurt. (because like flooring it and speeding is acceptable when merging onto the freeway, counterpunching is the few moments when violence is socially acceptable)
