Nauseous: smell rubbing alcohol Gag or feel like throwing up: start humming Nose won't stop running: press tongue to roof of mouth and press thumb against forehead for 20 seconds Can't pee: think about... Migraine: stick hands in ice water Freaking out/High heart rate:. Blow on thumb Headache: pinch in between webbing of your pointer finger and thumb/rub back and forth + drink water + stick feet in semi hot water Stand up too quickly and get tunnel vision: clench ur ... cheeks Arm falls asleep: rock head back and forth/side to side Kicked:lay on your back and hold your knees/get into a squatting position Heart burn: sleep on left side Cramps: no caffeine, more calcium, get a warm rice sock on your stomach Tired: hold your breath for as long as you can/ take a walk/ drink water and keep awake by keeping one foot off the ground Motion sickness: rub thumb at base of wrist Stomach noises: puff up belly Mumbling: lean in w/ right ear to listen (better at hearing rapid rhythms of speech) Can't stop couphing: hands in the air and wave like you just don't care Feeling sad: stick a pencil in your mouth (my theory behind this one is that it puts your mouth into this smiling shape ish, and it's scientifically proven that when you force your smile you trigger your body into being happy so just force a smile and being all energized) Couphing: Vicks vapor rub on socks/ pineapple juice Mouth fills w/ saliva before you throw up: spot it out don't swallow it Sore throat: spoonful of honey or cucumber Stress: rub webbing in your hand in between your pointer finger and thumb but a little lower so it's closer to the palm of your hand Can't remember a word: squeeze your fist Can't sleep: inhale for 4 seconds, hold it for 7, exhale for 8 (I also know another one which is try to stay awake like keep your eyes open but with no screen or moving around it tires you out) Can't take a pill: squeeze thumb in left fist Hiccups: stick fingers in ears/ deep breath in, swallow twice, exhale through nose Dandruff: v0dka in shampoo bottle Dry eyes: get more vitamin A Cold when it's not: thyroid issues? Eczema: maybe an intolerance to lactose and eggs and wheat Cramp in foot (or did they say gotta crack my foot?): Wiggle big toe with shoe off Burn yourself: cold water instead of ice Toothache: rub ice cube between pointer finger and thumb Trying not to cry: keep eyes open and look up s little Side stitch: exhale when left foot hits the ground Constipated: rock back and forth Choking: hands up in the air Remember your dreams: half glass water before bed and half glass water when you wake up Sore from a workout: pickle juice Want to lose weight: eat spicy food
