My uncle died due to heart attack i still can't quite realise he's dead I feel like he is still in his home and I often feel like I should call him and talk with him🥲 he suffered alot in his life but now he may rest in peace 😭

I was talking with my cousin and I sleep like a fucing rock. She climbed into my bed to scare me and had to actually just punch me in the gut to wake me up and I just looked at her like “hello?” And she then yelled at me. So then she started saying how I would be the one person in our family to survive a plane crash because I would just sleep through it and my body would just be all limp.

I like the baseball bat idea, we have a couple around the house. I'm going to update the suggestion to using a dark or color matching sock so someone you're trying to instill instant manners in sees the sock and attempts to avoid it.

I was diagnosed with panic disorder when I was a kid and the main trigger is thinking too much about heart attacks or hearts in general.. Which, awesome, because I am aware that the symptoms of panic attacks and heart attacks are very similar. Nowadays it's not nearly as intense, but it used to be pretty bad because it created a loop-.. I Thought about heart attacks, freaked out a bit, panic attack settles in, actual symptoms appear, I freak out even more, you get the picture.~ Now, well.. As I said it's nowhere near as intense as it was before, though I must admit that looking at realistic hearts, or the sound of them beating still makes me pretty uncomfortable

With all my training I only have 3 issues. First, please before each video/tip encourage people to always remain calm, being calm is your strongest advantage. Second, the push up flop thing doesn't apply the correct pressure and direction needed to push something out when chocking, learn the self heimlich maneuver if by yourself. And third, NEVER tell someone holding a gun on you your life story! Giving them what they want as calmly as possible, with no sudden movements, and if you can even show some kindness, this will benefit a tense situation for you and most gunmen. * (Most gunmen will kill you first and take what they want if they truly want to kill you.)

@@bookdragon6065 First, if someone wants to kill you, they are going to just shoot you right away. Nobody will hold a gun on you unless they are wanting to use it as a threat, and prove they have the power. However if they get startled, it's a good chance that they could pull the trigger on accident. In all my years of studying psychology, if you stay calm, and do what they say, your percentage of coming out alive is like thousands of times more than resisting, and especially if you try taking the gun away

A few weeks ago, I was playing football (Australian rules for those wondering) and my hair started sticking up. I remembered this video but decided that not looking like an idiot was more important than my fucking life! Luckily, the game was stopped a few minutes later. In old Tarzan movies and so on, they'd put a thick layer of sawdust and plant fragments on water for the actors to flail around in. And some types of quicksand are actually sink holes and you DON'T wanna get into one of those. They can swallow you whole, and your car and house too.
