*WRT the "looking back on embarrassing things" idea, two things:* 1. If you cringe at something you did years ago, that's actually a GOOD thing, it means "who you are now" has grown a lot since then. If you look back and don't have things to cringe about, it doesn't mean you've not made mistakes, it means you're still just as clueless as you were 2. If you DO have memories longer than about 18 months that still come up all the time, it's b/c your brain won't let it go, b/c it is trying to evaluate if the "threat / bad thing" that happened is still something to worry about or not. To get over that, you need to revisit the memory and think about how you would act differently now, and what you should have said or done instead. Replay it in your mind if you have to. Really traumatic things take more effort than that, but for like, 80% of "average, run-of-the-mill cringe", it will work like a charm.

What always instantly works for me when I remember something cringey is just to tell myself that I'm developing as a character and as a person, and mistakes make us evolve and improve. Works every time for me.

This video somehow added depth to your smaller videos. Also, thankfully this video didn't zoom in and out constantly and I could play it at 2x (unlike shorts)so I'm quite happy 😂
