It’s the “HUM B!TCH” that got me

What helped me when I had severe morning sickness when I was pregnant was sniffing lemons. I didn't want to sniff alcohol all the time because that might hurt the baby. So everyday I cut up a lemon and kept it next to my bed. It always worked when I felt super neasous. Even if it didn't have a lemon around, I would imagine smelling a lemon and that even worked. 😂😂

I do that with motion sickness, I'd often bring half a lemon with me in tha car and whip it out when I got nauseous. If it was bad I'd lick it, does wonders!

@@Marina_7 …you my friend are a genius see in turkey they have this lemon extract rubbing alcohol thing and it helps a lot with my migraine nausea and i never realized to use it for motion sickness (iget it off amazon in Canada) if this works you will have my eternal gratitude because motion sickness is the worst (yes even if i don’t read and when i sit in the front, it’s deadly :( )

Yeah I felt like lemon helped a lot too lol. I felt nauseous at the smell of any food. I couldnt eat anything that had a smell. Except of lemons (and some fruit) lol. So I would have soup with veggies and a lot of lemon juice hahaha. Us salvadorans usually add lemon juice to soup so it wasn't hard to realize that. Specially cuz my mil was making that for me since I couldn't cook.
