Sitting next to my desk here in Bangalore are three photos from last year taken in Algonquin Provincial Park outside of Toronto, Canada. Today, on day 38 of the national lockdown in India, Connected in Motion is hosting virtual events that will reconnect me with some of my friends back...home.

Slipstream weekends are adult (type 1) diabetes summer camp. The days fly fast because there are too many friends to catch up with and new ones to meet.
Ontario slipstream is set in Algonquin Provincial Park about 3 hours outside of Toronto at Camp Arowhon.
My favorite activity each year is setting out on the long canoe - not the technical name but what I call it. About 20+ of us cram into this huge canoe and go off on a scenic pedal.

Amen to that. This is a beautiful provincial park outside of Toronto. I've been lucky to explore a lot of Canada and find it to be an incredible country with visiting.

Yes! Fingers crossed indeed. I'm starting to figure out plans on how to show up because it is such a highlight of the year. Would love to paddle in with Brad this year too.

I was waiting for updates... M happy that you are making the most of this change... Otherwise in a rather busy life people rarely look back and feel great ful ...the kind of energy you carry around always pulls only similar people towards you... you are blessed to have a home away from home...I wish everyone gets a roof and healthy food especially at this time...stay positive everyone ...👍

If you're looking for a silver lining for Covid I imagine with your environmental background you need look no further than how much clearer the skies are in Bangalore and worldwide.

How did you feel after knowing new York is epic center of the world , Are you worried about your family at home, I wish everything could back to normal again

It's hard when you are halfway across the world and read about your home being hit by a pandemic. I also have never had to pause thinking about where I'd return after traveling since I do not want to expose my family to COVID.
If you are recording wearing Rupa Frontline, you have totally indianized your self, not much is left
