I got the Air 4 and pencil gen 2 in Feb since I started studying part time this year and it's the best thing I've spent my money on ever. It's great for studying from work too when I have time and with ebooks and pdfs I haven't written on paper in months! It's not the newest anymore but perfect for what I use it for and I'll be using it for years :)

Great comparison video and solid advice. I bought the 2021 11” pro when it was announced for the Thunderbolt port so I could capitalise on full monitor support but alas, properly sold down the river in that respect. I also bought it for portability (foregoing the mini LED display), unfortunately the more I use it for taking notes or using it for work the more I wish I had gone for the 12.9”. I complimented it with the magic keyboard and apple pencil and they are a fantastic accompaniment. From a storage perspective, base storage for me. I have the 2TB iCloud storage and OneDrive with a small portable SSD for those emergencies when I don’t have access to the cloud.

It's also very nice to read on and to consume other media as well. It helps me stay organized efficiently.

I had a 10th gen iPad kzread.infoUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA . Felt it getting pretty slow at times even after doing a reset. So I am using that as a tablet for my 5 year old son and got this 9th gen version. MUCH faster, a little slimmer, smaller bezels, all around a leap forward. Plus, for the price that’s about $130-$150 cheaper than a current new model this is a nice deal. I look forward to the M-series CPUs coming into iPads which will really help future proof these tablets better but these latest CPUs are pretty strong and should do better to last several years with no compromises.

this was the most common sense ipad guide i’ve watched so far, and i’ve watched a hunch the last few days. inloce that you recommend the ipad air, because that’s the one where i see the most value in. and a lot of reviewers will say that the air does not have enough memory, and upgrading to 256gb of memory brings you $50 from a base pro. that’s fine and good, but 64g is plenty for me because i only need it to surf the web, emails and youtube and streaming movies. i have a macbook for my computing needs. i love the ipad because i love the functionality of my iphone 13 max, and i want to experience that similar, super fast experience with the air. so please stopped comparing an upgraded air to a base 11 l inch pro, compare base to base. thank you for your wonderful review, and i’ll be getting the air

The M1 means I won’t lack for power and speed so for me the only difference is the ProMotion or lack of it. I do notice it if scrolling (compared the two at an Apple Store) but don’t know if it will make a huge difference in daily use. The other difference and possible downside is that the Air doesn’t come in a larger size. I’d rather have something bigger than 10.5” and 11” is the same to me. I’ll see what comes in 2023.

I don’t have a I pad but I’m looking to buy the upcoming new I pad 2022. I won't like the smaller screen I Pads I watch Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video, KZread and having great sound & picture quality I enjoy . I don’t get why it’s important to have something you can hold in 1 hand as I’m likely to drop it holding it in 1 hand.

I just bought the iPad Pro 12.9 inch and love it! I had the iPad Air 4 and was annoyed when I’d scroll in and out and side to side when taking notes as it was distracting. I love the bigger size :)

@@oliwaaa7982 it’s up to you. I really like the 12.9 because scrolling over in and out was annoying so I traded in for bigger. Also I use as second screen to my laptop for medical coding so bigger was better too. It’s portable and not that much heavier. Better than carrying around binders and notebooks. Also the screen is around same size as a paper so didn’t take much getting used to. I use GoodNotes 5 and love it. You have 2 weeks to use the iPad and can return it back to apple no questions asked if you think screen is too big. Up to you :)

Before i had a really old iPad as my only device (it was an old apple mini ipad) and once online classes started i eventually needed an upgrade! Now ad i use an iPad as my main device i wanted something fit for all my needs, drawing, note taking, gaming, texting, calling you get the point. So i looked through the apple website and decided to get the iPad air gen 4 as the pro was a bit to much and the iPad air was within my budget range at the time. I purchased it with also the 256gb storage option and it works amazing! It is much bigger than i expected but it was so worth the money. Now i didn’t purchase anything with it, only a case and it was only this year around possibly a month and a half i bought the apple pencil generation 2 and it is really useful in my opinion with all the drawing i could properly do and better note taking. Overall i say if you want a nice big ipad but not something to fancy as the pro, i think the iPad air is a really nice option

I have an iPad Air from several years ago with a data plan. I am considering a new iPad - for now the mini because of portability. However, I am trying to decide on whether to get one with a data plan or not. I personally don’t want to pay for two data plans on 2 iPads. Do you have a data plan on each of your iPads or just select ones. I am not sure yet, how I would use the mini…trying to view all possible ways to use to help me in the decision, but am always curious what others do or have as well. Thanks for your thoughts on these items. Appreciate your time in doing them.

Ok ok lemme clear this up, imo the best is iPad air. iPad mini is sometimes too small for some people (Like me WHO uses ipada for playing games). The ipad (Like ipad 9th gen) its a bit Weird but its not bad deffo recommended too if your gonna use IT for Studying only. Ipad pro, Well hear me out im not Gana Hate but its overpriced and kinda dumb because There’s no use of IT being bigger and yeah. So for me the ipad air is the No.1
