I'm 76 years old. My lifelong dream has been to be a writer. It took the death of my sister from Covid 4 years ago. I am currently starting a novel. Today you shined a light on my self doubt and only looking at the end. This is going to be work. Real work. I now have to add living until I'm 95 so I can achieve my life's goals😊

Do it. Business is not hard when you get your mindset straight. We women can do anything, including starting over in your 60s. Don't wait. The years fly by faster than you can imagine. Don't pretend you have all the time in the world to dilly dally around making decisions to take chances. Just do it. That is the only solution to a good life on this planet while you're here. It goes by like a blink of any eye. Trust me; I know.

I started meditating and doing affirmations when i was 20 year old. I did it every single day. Then i expanded to writing journals, reading more and more books. When i was 23 i moved to America. I had lot of plans and ambitions. Now i an 32, and in health-care. Life is getting better and better. I can confirm, if you are serious- meditating, doing affirmations, visualizing, all of it; You can make it. You can change everything. Life can change in 6 months-1 year completely. MEDITATE EVERY MORNING AND EVERY EVENING.

I agree. I learned meditation 20 years ago, and wasn't totally focused. I manifested freedom from a bad choice I made before I learned meditation. When I got better ten years ago, I attracted just the catalyst I needed to become more of who I knew I was. I doubled down on meditation 3 years ago. I refined it, and manifestation came quicker, and about 1.5 years ago I began focusing on what I want. In the last 6 months, everything has started flooding in, and I know... KNOW that in the next year I will own my own home in the new city I have chosen (I'm there already). I KNOW I won't continue to experience things I don't want, because what I DO want is what I focus on. It's incredible how quickly it happens when I just get out of the way. She's right, GO TO THE SCARY PLACE WHERE YOU TOOK THE RISK!! Appreciate what unfolds for you. 20 minutes AM, more if you have time. Get to the floating feeling where you are not your body. 45 minutes at night, prepare with affirmations. Get ready to get everything you focus on! If I can do it, you can do it. 💖

Manifesting is all about vibration. What we reap we sow. Everything we resist persists. Epigenetics by changing our synapses to fire and wire those good feelings. We can’t just wish for something we don’t have, because that is focusing on the what’s missing. Be happy now, think good thoughts, do things that make you FEEL good. Get out of old habits and make the shift ❤

Mel, I suffer from ADHD, just diagnosed and I'm 79 years young, a single Senior woman with no children. My family is in another state. This disease causes me to get the things I need to take action on, not to get them done. Every day it's the same scenario. I tell myself I'm going to get this, this and this done. However, I end up listening to podcasts takings notes, then feel exhausted and just do absolutely nothing. I have planners, I have calendars, I have note books. I take the notes, then forget to reread them. I'm in the last chapter of my life and want to make it the best, happiest, peaceful life it can be. My main goal is to declutter this home and possibly move. I know I need balance, structure and good routines to get me there. Do you have a podcast on ADHD and how to work through it to get your life on track? Thank you for all you do and helping so many people around the world! You are an amazing woman!!!!

Hello, just a little advise, after working on my ADHD for 3 years intensively (with out therapy as I couldn’t afford it) The app « be focused » worked wonders for me - it’s based on the 🍎 technique. But it’s the only app that helped me ACTUALLY get my ass up and get it done. If I read your comment I can feel yoi have the will to change. It’s the most important step! I would say having faith in yourself is so so so important. It’s very hard because as ADHD’ers we might have dissapointed ourselves many times and gave up believing we can change. But don’t give up the thought you can change and trust the little steps. Don’t expect a drastic change or a sudden shift. It happens gradually, and you can only see the difference after a year or 2. But trust me, with your determination, you WILL achieve to do the things you want - 💗💗💗

Oops - to clarify, i made a shortcut for the word Pom odoro to an apple (🍎). Because the Be focused app is based on the Pomo Doro technique. So now I add the amount of apples behind every to-do topic (1 apple = 25min)

I had a vision poster board, I've gotton all of it except pool in the ground, had 100k student loans, only owe 5k now!! Got a house instead of renting etc. You can make it then detach. Don't worry how it happens. This all happened over 5 years. I get what she's saying but to me this is a mix of manifestation and alot of goal setting and staying on track where law of attraction is more about detaching after visualization. I didn't make goals to pay off 95k if student loans, i just attracted it being paid off. I had no idea how. 2 different times the government said the school did something against school laws so the money due got forgiven. The degree is still good.

I started engineering school in 1988. At the very beginning I visualized myself walking across the stage and being handed my BSEE degree. When doubts crept in a small amount I went back to this vision. 4 years later that vision came true. I would have never made it without that vision, grit, and determination. The majority of people don’t have grit and determination nowadays and without that it’s very hard to achieve high levels and goals. Everything in my life was accomplished with a positive thought in my mind first. Your mind controls 90% of all your successes. You must be able to control your thoughts and feelings or your life will always be difficult at best.

I’ve manifest so many things in my life, but also have not manifest some things even though I did all of the things. Like I wanted this job that I had all the experience and contacts for. I felt it in my soul that it was perfect, I visualised myself standing by the water fountain in the office chatting with my colleagues, and myself in the role, and…. I didn’t get the job. I’m sure there other times that I didn’t manifest but this even made me question this whole thing and just wonder if it’s still luck

People dont realize they are already manifestation masters. We are manifesting all day every day, whatever you interact with is a vibrational match to you. It can be helpful to look around and become clear on where your vibration is at, so that you can tweak it if you want to attract something different. Do some healing shadow work and then take a walk down to the cafe, you'll be amazed by the new energy that comes your way ✨ have fun everyone

I have had a weird week. I woke up this morning to meditate and get myself back on track and your podcast came up. I’ve had this relationship with your podcast because it’s giving me the truth is I did not wanna hear and this morning I sat down before I got out of bed and listened and everything you’re saying is everything I have been experiencing, I have wanted to open my own schools for 10 or more years as well more than 10 years I am two chapters away from finishing my doctorate and I loved what you said about imposter syndrome. I was thinking well everybody else is already thought about this it’s all out there like it. I have nothing to add but I dowant to thank you so much for your podcast and like I said I have been so angry listening to your podcast and just shutting it off but I keep coming back because you’re giving me the truth in my face that I have not wanted to hear. Thank you.

Thank You for helping me realize something I’m needing to change--I didn’t realize the importance of manifesting the beginning push to get myself to start doing what I need to do. I have just now been given the All Clear - In Remission from my cancer and getting back on the physical fitness track has been difficult. I’ve always had goals but couldn’t get past the new physical limitations. Now I will see myself a little differently, taking those initial difficulties as a necessary step in my journey and recovery.

I always wanted to be physically stronger and to control my emotions. I been through it since covid, but my eyes are open. I have bought two books "Think Again" by Adam Grant I held on to a lot of beliefs that were holding me down...so I thought going into it. I needed to learn how to think by destroying old biases. I also thought I wasn't disciplined because I came from a highly unstructured household. I was just holding my potential back. So I bought another book "Atomic habits" I considered my self a project. I decide to accept my bullshit, fix and maintain good habits, develpe well-rounded thinking, and gain self-respect. (Mind you I have discovered Mel Robbins almost a year ago to this date.) So listening to this particular podcast with these particular msgs, makes me feel so vindicated and happy that I started! I see my self in the words of this video, and it gives me so much resolve to keep going! Thank you Mel Robbins, I'm glad you open your eyes, and touch so many in this world! From the bottom of my heart!

Mel, I would like to thank you for clarification of this concept. It always felt so far-fetched and that it is a 'spiritual' link that enables one to manifest. Often, social media portrays this as some sort of miracle that happens to be person without putting in the effort. Thank you so much for this podcast.
