I lost 8 kgs with in 38 days now 87kgs.. within these days I followed intermittent fasting with Low carb diet 16:8 also no rice, had salads mostly for lunch and idly at 7 pm and no snacking in between. Also weight training in the morning for 5 time a week. This is all started because of a day realisation I had when went to family outing. I was unable to play not even for 30min as I felt back pain eventhougt I am 25 yrs old. That hit me hard and during this 38 days I am more active and could feel having more energy, even with less consumption.

After hearing your detailed explanation, will definitely avoid taking diversions and stick to my restricted feeding time. Tq for inspiring others Dr. Pal . 👍🙏

We should stop eating or drinking before 5 to 6 pm and we should sleep earlier it should not cross 9 to 10 pm If necessary we can drin little water. It helps me in waking up earlier by 4.30 to 5 am and no constipation issues after that. In addition I do morning exercise and walking to . Having all type of brown and red rice (high fiber ) in a soup format in an optimum quantity even pushes lunch time up to 2. 30 noon.

I have downloaded the IMF app. I wish to start with 14:10 window to begin with and my fasting cycle proposed to be like 8 pm to 10Am . I am also going to follow calorie deficit diet with carbs between 30 to 70 gms. I have prepared a workout schedule and walking of minimum 5000 steps a day. Currently I am 87 kgs and plan to reach 70 kgs on or before the new year 2023 with a target of minimum 1.5 to 2kg /month. I will definitely achieve it and please keep motivating people like us. I am a classical dance practitioner age 42. I have been practicing intermittent fasting consistently since 2020 june. Since I return home to my family only at 9pm. And that is the only time i eat with my family. So I have dinner and skip my morning meal. I break my fast in the afternoon around 3pm with a good more or less substantial meal. Evening I am mostly not hungry. And dinner with family is usually vegetables and fish. Am a Bengali you see 😊. I have had wonderful experience doing intermittent fasting. I wasn't overweight but little chubby. And my metabolism was slow. I found out that losing weight was only one aspect. I had much better energy levels, calmer mind and of course I do moot look 42. But it took 2 years to understand and realize. This is a life style change and I absolutely love it. It's a wonderful thing that you are propagating this for the benefit of common people. I personally feel Indian doctors are still not open to it.

I wake up about 7.30 am. Go out for a morning walk for 1 hour. Rest for another hour before I take my breakfast. That will be around 9.30 am. Before that I take a glass of water. My lunch at 2.pm. In between I drink a lot of water. Take my dinner at 7pm. Then kitchen is close. I have been following your intermittent fast time and I find it super good. Will be seeing you soon in Malaysia. Tq Dr Pal.

I've started a 21 day Intermittent fasting and Zero sugar diet. Today was my first day. My fasting window is between 8pm and 2pm the next day. Total 18 hours fasted state. I've included 2 litres of water, one buttermilk packet, and low carb, high fibre, high fat diet. I'm including nuts after lunch and dinner to help me keep full for longer

This is really enlightening video to all of us, especially mothers of young children. As a mother, I don't intentionally skip breakfast, but I prefer to have my first bite after dropping kid. So I end up eating lunch directly and end my eating window with a small meal around 4-5pm. I will definitely try to include very light breakfast from now. Thank you Dr.Pal for this video.

I have black coffee with no sugar, but a teaspoon of cream after I wake up (630 am). Have read that black coffee doesn't spike one's insulin levels which is a huge culprit in fat burn. Have a direct brunch at around 1130 am and then an evening dinner at 530 - 630 pm. Have found this extremely helpful. I do have Apple cider vinegar with hot water and lime in the morning around 10. This helps with extending the fasting window. I have lost nearly 40 lbs in about a year. I do walk/exercise at least 45 minutes 4 days a week! Thank you for running this wonderful channel Dr.Pal!

Then I eat a second complete meal at 4-4:30 pm. That’s my last meal of the day! 🙏🏾 I have lost about 2kgs in one month and two inches on my waistline. I have 3 more kgs and 2 more inches to loose! Thanks DrPal #loosebellywithdrpal

@@drraalaguraja1538 yes, on most days I do snack on fruits, nuts, or Sathumaavu kanji/overnight oats, around 1-2 pm. I haven’t been able to stick to two meals a day. The key is to plan what ur snack would be and pack it in the AM. Coz at 1/2 pm when ure hungry u tend to go for the sugariest or greasiest item in ur pantry.

We have storm Eunice raging outside here today but I was laughing and enjoying your video 😅. On a serious note, learnt about circadian rhythm from your video, thanks Dr 🙏. I usually have my first meal around 12 noon but always feel hungry later in the evening after dinner. Now am going to try and have a light breakfast like you suggested and finish dinner earlier and see if this stops the late evening cravings. Looking forward to your weekly update on the belly challenge.

I do intermittent fasting. 16 hours fasting. My brunch is at 12 and finish my dinner at 6pm. My body is under control now. So from evening 6 to next day 12 I don’t even bite a grain and drink anything except water. But you simple breakfast breaks the rules of intermittent fasting. I follow Dr.Berg’s videos and I am convinced his logical and scientific reasoning of long fasting. Hope you throw some light on this issue. And I thoroughly enjoyed your unconventional…funny…witty video.

Thanks for the great content Dr. Pal. Quick question regarding the circadian rhythm, you mention melatonin secretion based on sunset and sunrise . Is this a frame of reference for time or does this actually follow sunset and sunrise timings. For e.g. here in the US, during the summer, we have long days (sunrise at 5:30 am and sunset at 8:04 09:00 pm) and the opposite during the winter. Does our food cycle follow these per time or per region?
