He's spot on. Being ''on a diet'' implies at some point you will be ''off a diet''. Instead, you need to think of it as cleaning up your eating habits so you can make it a permanent lifestyle, one which you can also enjoy too. That's the only way you can sustain it long term and remain consistent. These restrictive diets that eliminate entire macros or food groups altogether aren't sustainable long term for the average person.

Agree, many people don't realize, diet is the most important part whether you're a body builder, cross fit, athlete etc. You can lift all day, but if you're not getting your necessary nutrition and eating healthy you won't reach your potential or you might not see much gains compared to others. This is why I wish more fitness KZreadrs had more in-depth on their diet.

yo i wasn't expecting this but, this was a really informative and entertaining video. i'm only 1/5th of the way through but I'm really enjoying watching this so far. thanks!
Just wanna throw some appreciation out for this series. I find healthy food a difficult subject with so many ingredients listed on a box sometimes looks good, then there's a couple things in there that make it actually not so healthy. These vids are a great starting point for me especially the explanations as to what all these ingredients actually do, what's good and what you want to avoid/keep an eye on. I can't do these hard-core diets, but balance is something I seriously lack in my daily eating habits so these are really helping me move in the right direction. Thanks again for the great tips, big respect brother 👊
This seems like one of the nicest guys. Good man

Liked the video and the idea with the rice cake. As for suger attacks - I would definitely consider premium dates instead of candies or cookies as they fully serve your sugar needs and are healty at the same time. Dates are a good source of natural vitamins, minerals, energy, sugar, and fiber. It also contains calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc ;)

Some of the best content that I’ve seen in a while, the information that you give on all micros is simple and short, but perfect for my daily life activities considering my work schedule and gym schedule. I can say it’s the best channel around with complete confidence, when recommending your channel to people that are both acknowledged with a healthy life style, and not.💯
i love how you dont look at it so narrowly, but you look from different angles and more nuanced.

We need specified lunch and dinner videos to go along with your breakfast and snacks videos. Because this is wonderful stuff.
Some.of the best advice I was given was Don't worry if you fail or Don't keep to the routine or diet just make sure to keep going if you break a fast to early or stop working out just keep going and trying cause sooner or later you will be on track just gotta keep pushing till you finally start so get those gains slayers

The fact that he said it’s alright to be hungry is so smart. Many other trainers/builders on KZread would say to be discipline and say no, wait till lunch. But when he said “your body is telling you something” I actually yelled “THANK YOU”😂 your body knows what it’s doing and what it needs guys! Listen to it!! Subscribed.
