I also have the flyingbear Ghost 6, I'd be curious to see klipper installed there, or with the original board or with the ez, could you make a complete video?

Could you please help me and advise which kind(metric x length) of screws you used to fix the CB1 heatsink on the Manta E3EZ Board. Many thanks.

How is it to set this board up with the sonic pad? I’d like to add the individual dual z control as well as being able to adjust vref for the steppers through the config. Or am I better off to get it with the cb1 and a screen and ditch the sonic pad?

Would you recommend this for a Voron 2.4 R2 build or stick with the Octopus?

so can i use this mainboard for every 3d printer or self build one ?

I used the E3EZ with a CM4 in my Voron V0.1 build. After a few initial struggles with CAN bus, it's working well. The only thing I cannot get to work is the TFT35-SPI screen.

Did you get your TFT35-SPI screen to work in the end? Then should I rather go for their HDMI5 screen?

I did not, and BTT have stopped responding to my messages.

Does it support delta printer?

I wish you had uploaded this earlier, JJ. I have a i3 mega s and I ended up buying a manta m4p to upgrade my main board and if I had seen your video earlier I would have gone for this instead :( did I miss out?

It looks like the only big difference between this and the M4p is the use of the EZ drivers, and I think this one is a little bit smaller in size. Since the Mega S has plenty of room under it the size isn't a huge problem, and I've never had issues with the older style drivers. 👍

@@JJShankles the m4p has only 4 drivers though. I remember you saying in your SKR video that you didn't use independent Z-axis, was there any reason for that? Thank you so much for your videos btw, you're my go-to on youtube for my 3d printer upgrade stuff :D

I've had this board for almost a year on my second cb1. It works and then it doesn't the wifi. Im giving up on it. Maybe I'll try the cm4.

Is this like some sorry universal control board🤔🤔🤔🤔

All that but no camera input. To do octoprint or something else.

They are trying way to hard with marketing and gimmicks. Everything about it reads like a modern motherboard promo. Loaded with mostly needless and cosmetic the heat spreaders and a bunch of feature creep purely for the sake of driving sales.
