I tend to agree with him on sweet potatoes. I couldn't do that all the time like with the rice or oatmeal options, but its definitely good for meeting your expected DV on multiple vitamins and can help keep your body free of free radicals depending on what style you're going for, which helps remove risks of inflammation, and general body health as you age.
