I like learning about what bodybuilders eat. I don’t know why, but it’s so interesting to me that you can change the shape of your body so much just by eating simple, clean foods. Sometimes I make their recipes after watching the videos, just in smaller amounts of course. They’re always pretty tasty and affordable.

Many bodybuilders have lived well into their late 80s or early 90s. Eating whole foods is what is important. The people who eat everything out of a can or package with 50 different ingredients and chemicals are the ones who suffer health problems.

Jake B eh I’ve ate a high calorie diet like this and was working out constantly. Obviously not 12,000 calories but around 5-6k. It’s not necessary the taste even with seasoning. It’s the massive quantities and the same thing all the time. Believe it or not, cheese cake became boring and difficult to eat. It’s one thing to eat a normal portion of something good it’s a whole other thing to eat a giant quantity of something all the time, sometimes when you’re full.
