He seriously needs to change the diets hes been on to a healthier one that can still give him the amount of protien and carbs he needs.

Holy shit bro. I mean I know of and love Brian, but to actually see all he eats in a day, EVERY DAY, is just insane. INSANE. Much respect to this man, this is dedication.

I love hard workouts / heavy workouts, helps me with fighting my demons and I don't Wanna be petite. But I cant eat for shit. I could go (max.) 2 days without food (mostly stress related things provoke it). So I don't go working out because I'm afraid of losing muscle ( it happens more often, like once or twice a week) . So I started watching strongman diets helps me with "learning" to eat again. Babysteps. Thank you for the video❤️

ima a 250 pound 14 year old I do a lot of football and wrestling and I eat close to 5500 calories a day and this video makes me feel better about my diet and me trying to be a strong as I can be at my age I get made fun of a lot for being much taller and bigger than people I get called fat but most people but those people who sit around all day and does no physical activity all day just try to think there better even though there stressed by just school and are failing and these people have no clue how many times harder I work not only to stay above them and feel better about myself but also to maintain my weight for sports and how hard a work to not get any bigger with how ridiculous my diet is but this man gives me confidence to keep going.

The fun part to me is the eating. Unfortunately the only part I do is the eating. 🤣

Don't forget he also eats a spoon of peanut butter as well. Not on toast or anything, just peanut butter on a spoon.

I met him once, we took a photo and I asked for a hug he said sure. He could literally become a professional hugger (best hug of my life) also the most genuine and down to earth person I have ever met. He was so nice and had amazing energy.

Looking back switching from this diet to the vertical diet really helped Brian a lot. His breathing and energy are both way better on a healthier diet.

Its cool how much the human body is able to adapt to. Reality is youll bever need to be like this in life but its interesting to me that the human specis is able to adapt to such a insane diet and lifestyle

I had a chance to take a picture with Brian, and shake hands with him afterwards. I'm not kidding, it literally felt like I was shaking hands with Superman himself, his hand is rock solid. I can imagine the carnage this one man tank can cause if he ever were to slap you hard in the face or knock you out.

Totally get this...When I ate as a Powerlifter I was eating in excess of 5000 calories a day at a weight of 270 lbs...over the last 2 years I switched to bodybuilding and eat around 2500-3000 cals and weigh around 210...and I cant deadlift over 500 anymore or bench nearly as much as I used to....Glad I switched though
