Ironically enough, not more then 5 mins after wrapping up filming, a guy in a car pulled up behind me and sat there for several minutes. He got out and yelled I was on private property and to leave now. I was shocked as I didn't see any signs stating that and when I left, there were 2 burned out abandoned cars by the entrance. 🤷♂️ Super weird.

"Private property?" Yeah, i'm not buying that. The cemetery looked pretty big, so it's not like it was family cemetery. I think he was up to no good and didn't want to get caught. lol.

Local guide Micheal Allen was kicked off the property by security. I would investigate anyone who claimed they were security.
Nancy's mother Deborah Spungen wrote a book about her daughter called 'And I don't want to live this life' it is a really good insight into the real Nancy, not the persona that the media of the 70s portrayed her to be.

I found an old copy of the book when I was in 8th grade. It seems like Nancy Spungen may have had serious mental health issues that started while she was rather young. I dont remember too much about the book except: how bad I felt for her mother and if Nancy had an actual hand in her own death. She seemed like she who would impale herself on a knife being wielded, just to flaunt her idgaf attitude. Afterward I was immediately looking up the movie about her and the music from the movie that she was obsessed with called Hair. Good book and good movies.
Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪🌻🇮🇪....in 1994 I went to New York and hung out at the Chelsea Hotel...I have always been fascinated by the era
I haven’t ever thought that Sid killed Nancy. The most screwed up love story, but it was love.
The 80s film Sid & Nancy showed how toxic they were as a couple. Gary Oldman played a great Sid Vicious & I knew he was going to have a long career after that film

From what I read, when Sid Died his ashes were spread over her grave by his mother. Nancy’s family would not allow him to be buried next to her.
There's also a theory that Sid was really out of it that night (which was stated by people who saw him) and Nancy allegedly thought he had died and then she took her own life and with Sid being so out of it, obviously he wasn't aware of any of this so when he come round, he was clueless to what happened. I'm not saying that I actually believe this but it is an interesting theory.
I remember this. What a sad story. R.I.P.Nancy. My son was a big fan. Thanks again for a great video
Wishing this case could be solved after so many years. RIP 🙏🏻. Awesome work Harmin .
What a sad life and tragic ending.
This cemetery is really unique. Thanks so much for all the variety of people you present to us on your channel Harmin! Take care and safe travels😊
Harmin, I think it's important to remember everyone in death because each life is special whether the person was famous or not...but I really liked this video. maybe you could do a series on famous people we lost way too soon... like Chris Farley, River Phoenix, Chris Cornell, Ryan Dunn, Dorothy Stratton, Randy Gonzalez etc

100% agreed 👍 I love that series idea!! Will definitely look into that! 😊 I did film one of those names you mentioned.. ryan dunn. I just haven't uploaded it yet
I appreciate you taking the care to go to all the graves.❤
Apparently, Sid's mother, Beverly, poured Sid's Ashès on top of her grave as her Parents refused to let them be buried together as was their wish! 😮
Great work brother. You the man Harmin. Another PA video!
I must be living under a rock because I never heard of this that’s why I look forward to channels like yours.
As a teenager, I remember reading a book about Nancy Spungen's life that was written by her mom, Deborah. It was called "And I Don't Want To Live This Life". I always suspected that Sid Vicious killed Nancy while they were both high on drugs, because of all the DV going on between them. Also, it's a bit suspicious that he overdosed 4 months later...maybe he wasn't able to live with the guilt.

His mother gave him the drugs that killed him, he didn't want to go back to prison, because he had been raped, and it was torture for him... I don't think he killed her, he was too wasted, I think it was a drug deal gone wrong.

Nancy's mom said she had emotional issues and was volital as a child. The band mates said she caused a lot of tension between everyone. I don't doubt she and Sid were high, and she and him got into an altercation. No mystery, just a sad story.
RIP Nancy

Just so sad to die at such a young age,,,very heartbraking for her parents....we will never know the real truth to what happened. May she RIP ..Thanks Harmin and stay safe on all your journeys.
Yeah I remember this case. Thanks Harmin
Thanks for covering this one.
Thanks Harmin❤
I remember my bro being into sex pistols as a kid in the 80s, also heard they remodelled the room where she died in hotel. Making it two rooms. Seeing Sid say he wanted to be in the ground after she died was heartbreaking! Also some blamed Sid’s mum for his death too.

Sid's mum was a major drug addict and gave him some drugs for his birthday. She definitely had something to do with him being a drug addict, even John Lyndon(Rotten) was going off about it in one of his interviews.

Never heard of hotel Chelsea, looking it up now! Thanks for another great video, be safe!
Even though we all have to die sometime, it's tragic when a life is stolen by someone else too soon. I hope Nancy is finally resting peacefully because her life, starting from birth, was anything but...poor soul !!

i wonder if they tested for fingerprints from the knife. it would have one of the first things i would do since it was left at the scene.
I was only 10 when she died but became very immersed into the ny punk scene in the 1980's. I have been to to Chelsea. They renumbered the hotel room from 100 to 101. What a creepy place. Please read"And I don't want to live this life" by Nancy's mom. Very insightful. Imo I believe Sid did not kill her. It was a shady place then AND now, many many unsavory people living there, or visiting 24/7.
Awesome dude
This whole story has always saddened me. I pray one day it’s solved, sadly I don’t think that will happen. I’m not completely convinced Sid did it.

Hey harmin! ❤️
In 1987 I went to the Chelsea, snuck past the desk clerk and got upstairs. The vibe in the corridors was weird. Very heavy. I knew to look for Room 100 and discovered there WAS NO Room 100. However, it was easy to tell which room it was because the number plate was gone off the wall next to the door, but it had just been wantonly ripped away, with no attempt to speckle it or paint over it. It was spooky to stand in front of that door, knowing what happened on the other side of it.
#ICL ❤🎉❤ gtsy Harmin! So many lives gone 2 soon due 2 the misuse of substances.... my Dad worked in the Chelsea area( Manhattan) & the crowds at the hotel were crazzyyy when this tragedy occurred 🙏🏽🌺🙏🏽🌺 Rip

@Infamous Crime Locations No problem Harmin. Perhaps I'll get out west one day. The area of Bensalem has been one of those areas where crime is up, Which is pretty much all over now. As for the cemetery incident, He had no right to ask you to leave. Next time educate him or just call the police. From what I understand the business practice of the cemetery itself is shady, As in people pay for services and they don't get them. It's sad.
Thanks for Sharing! Beautiful cemetery! I had no idea that she was buried in Bensalem pa!
So sad & so young, I didn't know about this crime. I can't believe someone came & yelled at you. Its a cemetery you were there to tell a story. Anyway, what does it matter I didn't know cemeteries like this are on private property. I know family owned ones would be. Anywho, Harmin you never know what kind of people we have in the world now. So 🐝 safe when you go alone.

Some people who knew them thought she might have done it herself for attention. Not knowing she would die.
I think she was killed by another junkie or by a drug dealer who she owed money to. She was well known for pissing people off and throwing her money around. And I think Sid died of an assisted suicide, at the hands of his mother x
