What it takes to make 100 cold calls per day
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Making 100 cold calls per day will help you become a killer on the phone so that you can set meetings, gain status in your career, and earn more money.
In order to make that many calls, there are 3 fundamentals one must master: how to find quality prospects so you have enough calls, professional approach to making the calls, & finally a proven talk track for how to make the cold calls
If you enjoy my videos hit the like button now.
1. how to find quality prospects so you have enough calls to make
1. Reports vs Manuel mining
2. Big accounts vs warmth
2. professional strategy for executing the calls
1. Dedicating call blocks to hammering out calls
2. It’s always a good time to call
3. I find it to be therapeutic (the less you think the better)
3. a proven talk track for how to make the cold calls
1. The reason I’m calling you is - if you want the rest of the script, you will need to check out my cold calling guide that over 34 people have invested in (so far great reviews). One head of sales said the talk track is mandatory part of their onboarding process.

I honestly freeze up and delay on making my cold calls, which in turn is affecting meeting my goals and making that dough. This was a refreshing video, thank you Trent. God speed.
oh I remember those days on Wall Street in my mid 20s.... they called it "smile and dial" and gave us a sheet of 100 + calls to make per day. It works!

That's amazing! 100 calls is a lot, but cold calling is not an easy task and you really have to reach out to as many people as you can to lock in a sale. Loving your mindset man, keep it up!

Great stuff as always Trent ! I’ve definitely felt that problem of assuming something is wrong before anything has actually gone bad and the best way I’ve got out of it was just asking myself is this really going to affect me tomorrow, next week, a month, or a year down the line. Usually the answer is never that long and helps a lot to break down the built up tensioned feelings. 🕶🖊
You have a tremendous approach to the cold calling barrier for many reps. You have a knack for instructional videos Trent! Thank you for sharing your best practices

Dude this is cool... I'm working to get to.... over 100 calls for the week (it's a Monday) - but I do other stuff... but still - you're absolutely right - you get on the phone and you have a ton of leads if you know what you're doing and you're calling the right people.
I remember the days when i was a stockbroker and would make 100s of calls a day! Now I'm looking to take that same energy and work ethic into a different sector of sales. I enjoy your channel and videos! You are a visionary in the world of sales. Looking forward to the journey ahead. All the best from Miami- Chris

I am 21 Y/o from Detroit and I am currently in the us navy with IT experience and a secret clearance and I am separating in 20 months and I think I found a career where there is growth and I am not limited. This is great, thanks for taking your time out to make your videos everyday, the next 20 months I will continue to follow behind u and learn as much as I can because I do not have a degree but I do have things to offer like a very hard work ethic and the hunger to go out and get and I am very very good with people. 100 cold calls the real story. 70 calls get no answer. 20 get someone who can't or won't even care about what you have to say. 8 calls will be quality conversations where you get a decent lead to follow up on. 2 calls will eventually lead to a sale after you touch them an average of 6 other times. What does it take to make 100 calls? A realistic understanding of what you are doing. It's not sexy all the time just be relentless.

🖋 Prospecting daily is a must. I learned this from Fanatical Prospecting. When you finish a sequence or book a meeting or get told no, you need to add 10 more people in addition to the 15 - 25 that you regularly add daily or weekly. Prospecting is hard and time consuming, but so worth it. Adequately prospect and doing 100 activities (dials/emails/socials) will be easy. As for the mental bandwidth to make these calls and send these emails? Like Trent said, do short spurts frequently but CONSISTENTLY 🙏🏾.

I just started my first tech sales job. I use Apollo as well. Right now I'm cold calling by finding leads in my location and calling. Now for the calling am I supposed to put my cold calls into a sequence or do I just trash the numbers that didn't pick up and call 100 new numbers on a different day
what frustrates me in inside sales is when you work in an organization where they expect you to make 100 calls a day, but the data is not up to date to reach a prospect. what do you suggest in this scenario?
@christopherconseille1921
Жыл бұрын
This one is a bit tricky. Making 100 calls for vanity metrics' sake is pointless. You're making 100 calls to increase your likelihood of having more conversations. This is why it is important to vet companies HARD when applying, including finding out their tech stack - which should include ZoomInfo. Lastly, you also need to be trying to reach prospects through email, LinkedIn, Twitter, or whatever your preferred social media platform is. It's imperative that you cut through the noise of the 50 other reps vying for these prospects' attention. Best of luck

@@christopherconseille1921 ISRs and BDRs ar AWS are actually less "productive" by number of dials but make like 50-60 daily. It is about volume and value together, not just cranking out calls.
