TWNS 10 You've misinterpreted my comment. GC is very much a scammer. A multitude of commenters point to his courses as being basic 101 stuff and not particularly useful. When I refer to not having friends in this game I'm commenting on the lack of ethics and morals he displays and how no friend he claims to have is interested in anything but promoting themselves for which he gets reciprocal credit. When it all collapses a bottle of whiskey and a revolver awaits. I'd rather not join him in his narcissistic career.

In my personal experience selling to salespeople and sales managers who want to increase their sales is vastly easier than selling to non-salespeople. The salespeople are lured by the smooth pitch, and want those same skills - salespeople, including myself are always looking for a shortcut around the grind that is sales. Your average person is generally turned off by the super smooth sales pitch - they prefer a person that seems relatable and honest.

This video is over 18 mins long and the deal was not made. 5 mins into the video was easy to spot this guy was not the decision maker. also the "yeah, yeah, yeah" its a big no "No" in Sales. a "I am listening" its more appropiate. overall excellent video, I love the enthusiam on this guy, the vision and the goal. We all can learn a lot from him.

There are psychological factors and strategies that either lead clients to be sold or not to be sold. So psychology and sales aren't exactly two different things in this case, but in summary, psychology is to be used to close, which is stimulated by tonality, choice of words etc.

This is perhaps the hardest person to close a sales manager in charge of sales people buying a program about sales. But the same techniques apply and once he had him explaining his business to him I mean you’re halfway home at that point. The rest of it was just confidence building and friendship building. And I think you had to establish dominance. And make him feel like he was the only person in the world that hadn’t bought this program yet and that by not buying it he was going to destroy his business

i think the moral of the story here is that you have to custumize grant closes to your industry, get closer survival guide by him and customize all the closes to your specific product, don't say them word by word, he clearly customizes his closes to his product and even has closes that would only work for his product

Great sales skills. One thing I noticed is he threw out three potential objections to the client which I'm assuming are the most relevant they receive in their field of business. He's basically asking the client to knock the biggest objection out early rather than later so the client has no objection to stand on when he asks for the sell. Then not only that this man taught him how to overcome the objection from the gate keeper when he goes to his boss. With the mechanic explanation This was masterful

Having worked as a salesman in auto dealerships for 20 years, Grant really only cares about himself. There are plenty of people out there all trying to sell dealers any program that appeals to their greedy nature of increasing revenues, often times resulting in pay plan changes that do not benefit the salespeople, only management. The auto industry is evolving away from salespeople into order takers and appointment setters. Now dealers can hire unskilled people to greet people, park the car up front, and shuffle them into finance. I found the environment to have become a grind house for salespeople. RIP auto industry. You can thank the Cox group and Grant Cardone.

As someone who sells 30 cars a month GC does offer some good insight into how closing the sale works. The main thing is to keep your cool and make it your own. They need to buy from you for you. If the customer won’t come face to face to negotiate then they aren’t worth the time. If you come across desperate they aren’t coming in.
