Grant your very good, But I think as soon as you identified yourself over the phone the customer was immediately sold. I'd like to see a video where the prospect doesn't know he is talking to you.

Giving options to the clients is key. You told one of the clients I cant do this in person, but I can do it virtually. That added trust to the call.

Well, I'm literally a beginner in all this, but it sure gets my heart pumping' to see this being done. Having confidence in yourself and your product or service is probably the most important thing I noticed as I watched this! Thanks, Grant, for your great videos. I've just been introduced to you in the last few weeks. In the past few days, I've been drowning myself in your videos. This is gonna be good!

best thing is to watch this sales call from years ago and more recent and your still STILL kicking ass with sales call how your that confident blows my mind man. You have a good point--almost. What this video shows, IMHO, is how establishing a powerful rapport is the bulk of being successful in sales. If you get a prospect excited to speak with you, you're doing something right... and it will go a long way to closing the deal.

Just as Dale Carnegie said once, to smile while you are on the phone, people can fell that you are confident and smiling, just as Grant did!!!

What sold it was grant showing how the delay in paying for the training would impact his company and highlighting the cost was only going to be 8% of what they spend on ads . Putting it into perspective just sealed the sale.

Well, I've watched the video almost a dozen times and I have to say that I agree with you, but what makes the sale isn't Grant, but his open ended questions. What I think you miss is how he leads the conversation and asks questions that challenge the client to think. If anything, take the first phone call as an example of how to ask questions, identify the problem, solve it and close it. Just my two cents.

Shoulda showed up live for the guy. Come on Cardone. Guy always talking about going the extra mile but can't show up in person for the guys who help get him started.

Grant is unstoppable when he's got the fish

It's not that they couldn't close it, it's that there was a blatant opportunity that was missed in the heat of the moment, which Grant picked up on with fresh perspective & brought that back into the mix. Without that intervention, he'd wait another 30 days & that would be 1 month less the business would have to benefit. The difference between the best salespeople & average/low is URGENCY. Top Performers will always get it done NOW. Middle don't mind a 30 day wait, and end up behind.

Mindset, assuming the sale asking the right questions the right way thats how ya close baby!

Love the questions though how you drew the customer into the conversation.
