I was afraid of commission once I got into a oil change company. They trained me to sale products like air filters, wipers, cabins and state inspection. I never seen my paycheck so I high in my life. I started to remember Grant book “sell or be sold” my boss told me got to sell its “you or them”. I’m not afraid anymore I’m hungry to sell. I went to do something bigger. Lmao I did that for 5 years before I decided to stop scamming customers and go get a college degree, the money is good but I’m glad I got out of this toxic environment, now I’m making 4x of what I used to make in sales

The part where he gives 3-5 options and asks the prospect to pick one... wow. It made me redo a script that was a fairly short 2-3 minute version into a very short one minute version. Powerful.

Having a problem - solving mindset, especially as a leader, is a must to make business lucrative. The way he did it was priceless and valuable to me. "Find the problem and solve it" very clear and powerful guideline, but be careful do not want to solve all the problems, just pick on and solve it

i learned alot and this is just the tip of the iceberg -don't assume their problem, ask and listen -compare their numbers with yours, theirs is costier -the product/program will sell itself if its elite -don't rely on one lead , you need to 10X it -keep knocking till one drops -introduce the problems they have before they even get the chance

It’s so gentle that to offers for everyone’s to theirs the missions. I did the jobs before selling stuffs that not many persons like to sites down with you, but sometimes we take a little time to listening others’s problems, to understand why the issues of, then you can come up the solution and advices to them, how good it’s to theirs life’s in the futures. Don’t just said isn’t working and giving up. Just get the experience and advices from him, then you can understand how’s that works to you all. Sales always is challenging for us.

I always knew who GC was but never watched his content just interviews about his journey.. I tried this training today and re watched this video today to make sure I didn’t leave out anything and I closed a client today for $3400 a month to do the businesses social media and marketing.. FIND THE PROBLEM AND SOLVE IT. And it’s especially true that they will pay more than what you sell your service for. I sell my services from $1000 and gained over $2k+ and I didn’t even have to say my Price.

Well I’ve been around sales or CS most of my life now. And I’m not getting any big head nor am I any bragger cuz I’m no Patrick Bet David (yet) but seriously- this video was like a light bulb getting switched on: for the first time in my life I just realized I’m a good salesman- I need to start believing in myself and my sales will soar. My attitude of belief in myself has just sucked but, wow, I can do this better. Like almost without effort, just changing my mind. He made me reflect and I just now believe in myself in a whole new way. weird what just went on in my mind.

Grant is just really real..

I wouldn't call him a genius?! That depends on your benchmark for the word I guess. ... for me, a genius would have figured out how to do all this for 'real-free'; not his kind of free. His free equates to the reality of: You pay us to train your staff > you might get $x increase in sales > which MIGHT pay for our course. PROPER FREE equates to: > You pay us nothing because we've figured out a non-profit model to help the world. OR, at the very least ... > Pay us via Commission Only Agreement, as we're so confident this training works 'we earn more on Commission Only' contract. Else, you can pay less by paying 'a flat monthly fee'. Your choice. If I do say so myself... I think that there (my above suggestion) is more "genius" than what he's doing in this vid. Don't get me wrong, there are some great take-away's from this vid, but I wouldn't say "genius". Obviously, you're entitled to your opinion. :-)
