I contracted syphilis a few months ago and took antibiotics 14 days ago and had a VDRL négative TBHA 1280 test.

Greetings, Sometimes you can get "false positive" result. False positive means that you are not infected but the test shows wrong positive result. One reason for a false positive is the presence of another disease that produces antibodies similar to the ones produced during a syphilis infection. The other possibility might be that you are at high risk for syphilis and being infected again. Please not this is just for information. Please consult a good professional for proper treatment.

you Need to first Tpha Test With value if your Value you know so after treatment you will know your Titer will low or not ..so that case you will know Your medicine are working on your body or not ....beacuse If your valued tpha not down it mean Your medicine not working on ur body ..so that case u cahnge da Dr or After treatment 2 weeks go for tpha Test ....so that case you will know Your treatment a good or not .... But one thing tpha Test always postive show some of person ..but vdrl can Negative..........
