after how much days of treatment your VDRL turned negetive??

Is the mother: baby RPRP ratio not the other way around? 4 fold increase in baby - So mother would be 1:4 and baby would be 1:16 and therefore a 4 fold increase and significant? This is what our local guidelines say.
