Non Operative management with antibiotics is done in patients with localised appendicitis without physical findings of diffuse peritonitis or imaging evidence of large abscess, phlegmon, perforation or tumor or appendicolith. There is no standardised antibiotic therapy for non Operative appendicitis management. 50 percent of the patients may devolop recurrent symptoms and readmissions.

I was diagnosed with syphilis 5 months ago.. my rpr was 1:64.. after treatment using doxycycline.. my rpr after 3 months became 1:8 I started to feel symptoms are back again my dr gave me 4 shots rocephin.. and 2.4 million long acting benz pencilin .
