My dermatologist recommended salicylic acid based cleanser, clindamycin +tretinoin, sunscreen But no moisturizer my chin, neck is injured (itching, dryness, puffiness It's hurting a lot) same with my eye lid and nose It's so itchy every time I touch my eye lid puffiness increases. I'm in pain my neck is looking like it has brunt of course I have touched it because it was so itchy I couldn’t breath 😣

You can use moisturizer and you should use it. Also, tell your problems to your dermatologist. He/she might change tretinoin to adapalene which is less irritating. Thanks
