    About 35 years ago, there was fully professional, documented, expert level scientific research with conclusive proof that (1) Dietary excess is NOT the cause of obesity. Overindulgences including sweets and junk food do NOT make a person fat. People do NOT become obese because they eat too much or they eat wrong foods (2) Dietary reductions do NOT produce a corresponding, substantial or permanent loss of weight (3) Casual to moderate exercise typical of an active person or an average workout produce NO effective or measurable weight loss (4) Weight loss via exercise requires an intensive, demanding, long term sustained and dedicated regimen of highly vigorous physical exertion what produces only marginal, temporary weight loss and is not an effective remedy for obesity (5) A person's weight is established via heredity and CANNOT be effectively or permanently altered to suit a desired level of reduction

    I have a question . I am gonna start with 5mg dose . When you start taking it, do you have to wait a few days for having the results? If it’s that the case what can you do for having the results since the first day of starting the treatment?

  • @vincentavezaat
    @vincentavezaat18 күн бұрын

    If you start the first day with 20mg and then every day 5mg, you have the fastest effect. Else indeed it may take some days to build up.

    i have a question what is the white stuff that forms on burns

  • @MedBoard
    @MedBoardАй бұрын

    The skin turns white after a burn due to the damage and destruction of the skin layers, particularly the epidermis and dermis. Melanocytes are the cell that release melanin, which is responsible for skin pigmentation. When skin layers are damaged, Melanocytes are destroyed as well. This result in lack of melanin, and therefore loss of pigmentation. That's why skin appears to be white after burn.
