Can eating one meal a day cause chronic constipation and I ended up with slow bowel , because I have poor appetite, how do I fix it

Yes it can, just eat more food and make sure the food has enough fiber good carbs plus alot of water thru out the day

i used to do that often. sometimes overeating causes constipation. under-eating also cause constipation. The trick is eat food normally as you would, but add more fibre and water. it worked for me
