I’ve been doing this every week for the past 3 months because I’ve been following the anabolic diet but I tuned it to match my slow metabolism. So instead of 5 days keto, 2 day carb load it’ll be something like 7 day keto, 1 day carb load or 6 day keto and 1 day carb load. Pre much I’ve been leaning out while retaining 90% of my muscle and it’s been looking great. After the first couple of weeks, you get used to it and you can manage through the lethargy. Aiming to continue this for the next 4 months and then hop on a lean bulk by implementing the same scheme but with more carb loading days.

adnan ali same routine every day. I fast till 4:00 pm. Just black coffee, tons of water, zero calorie energy drinks until 4:00. When 4:00 comes around I eat my biggest nutrient dense meal consisting of my own tuna salad (2 can’t albacore tuna) with mayo, a sliced up cheese stick, lots of Frank’s red hot, sliced up while avocado, handful of grape tomatoes, handful of sliced carrots, maybe some nuts or almonds sprinkled on top. I then salt the meal and add “no salt” which is a brand of potassium salt to make sure I hit all my electrolyte needs. At 7:00 I eat a Quest bar. At 11:00 pm I eat a large serving of chicken breast stir fried with 3 whole eggs along side a decent sized pile of sore fried mixed veggies. Again I dump lots of salt, potassium and Franks red hot. Repeat next day . Does this help? What do you eat?

Chris Morrell i internittent fast so i Eat from 2 til 10... first meal oatmeal with 1 scoop peanutbutter and bluberryys with whey shake or 4 egg omelette then second meal around 4-5 i Eat chicken with Sweet potato and last meal at 8/9 i have Salmon with nuts

I Always learn something from.
Next time you do a depletion and carb load, I would like to see a very comparible before and after simply because I am interested in how much difference it can make.

Is ketosis necessary? I’m alright with 75g carbs a day roughly when depleting, I went zero carbs first day and didn’t sleep at all.
Hi greg. How do you sleep with no carbs.??? Or do you take some sleep meds. Pls advise.
Coach Greg quick question; when you take out the carbs, do you keep your macros isocaloric and replace the calories with protein and fat? Or just straight subtract the carbs and put yourself into a bigger deficit?

Remove the carbs and bump up fats & protein by just a bit (10-15g fats & 15-20g prots)

im always in ketosis then 1 carb up a day or 2. then go back to ketosis

Hey Greg! If I was taking mk677 during PCT after RAD 140 cycle, and had to choose 1 scenario, would u choose 30mg for 2 weeks or 15mg for 4 weeks. Cheers

When i competed in classic my weight cap was 185 but I weighed in at 182 because of being depleted. After weigh ins all bets are off. I was 190 pounds on stage.
