    @@MinaAyoubChef I commented on that before I watched the whole video. I’m glad you did. It’s amazing! Overall great video! I have a future recommendation too. I understand financial constraints, if you can make anabolic sous vide recipes. I think getting more people into sous vide can help with the anabolic diet.

    Here to support the vacuum sealer.

  • @Janmann2007
    @Janmann20073 жыл бұрын

    Not sure if anybody else has suggested it, but even though the vacuum sealer is the better device here, there is sort of a crutch: put your food in a bag, seal it almost (!) all the way - so you leave like a small opening for air to escape - and then carefully start submerging it in a pot of cold/RT water. The water will press out most of the air and as soon as the water reaches the open part of the seal you close the bag. DIY vacuum.

    Will have to check my Costco. I don’t think we have free range eggs flap steak or pizzelles. I normally only buy happy eggs. And Costco has the 5 dozen and 1.5 dozen eggs. I found the grass fed beef patties are really good value they are frozen and are only in Costco for 2/3 of the year.

    @@MinaAyoubChef yes I am! It is difficult enough, as you know, to cut weight. So for me, to intentionally put on weight and then cut, is an unnecessary arduous process. I even added a small amount of muscle, a little over 1 pound, while in a 6 month deficit. This is according to a before and after dexa scan. Anyway, good luck to you and keep giving us some great content, much appreciated!
