1.5 hr workout is not necessary. Workout for 45 to 50 min or maybe an hour with breaks.. fully loaded tht is right way to workout.

I used to smoke 6 7 cigarettes per day before Pandemic .Pandemic Lockdown helped me to quit smoking 😅. Shops were closed to get cigarette, so didn't get to smoke for days, probably for 1 2 weeks. and when reopened for few hrs , cost was 10 20 % more although I bought one packet and kept just to use it when craving is too much. I managed and till today didn't smoke, the ciggerate pack is also there as it is 😂.

The only thing that matters is your strong mindset nothing else. You must find a best reason for yourself to quit and that's it. I smoked for 10 years, about 25 cigarettes a day and suddenly I decided to quit it. And here I'm smoke free for 1 year.
I stopped smoking about a month ago and I'm already feeling much better and more energetic than before. Some cravings are still there but I know I can fight them. Thanks for making such informative videos, Subbed 👍

@@Padraigp just drink 400-500 ml of water in empty stomach and wait for 5-10 minutes before going to toilet. Its best way to clean your stomach and to get pressure without smoking.
My dad started smoking in his teens, we tried everything to make him to quit smoking , he tried to quit for few days and started smoking again. Last year he has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Surgery is not possible and we are trying to cure him with chemotherapy and radiation. Cancer sucks so those people who are trying to quit smoking do it as early as possible. Cancer treatment are worst and nobody should go through that pain.

I started smoking when I was in 8th class, coz it seemed cool to me....but eventually, I continued it for about 4 years...but I never felt any urge to do so...and I never felt like I crave it. As my Boards over I registered in the gym and in the same week I just quit it because I didn't want to smoke any more. So, yeah I'm in the final year of my graduation and never urged to smoke. I believe, keep your will strong, Nothing can control you until you want to be controlled. I started because I wanted to and I quit because I wanted to.

At the age of 16, I began smoking cigarettes, a habit that I carried for a span of 13 years. Unlike alcohol, which I did not find myself dependent on, cigarettes seemed to have a hold on me that I couldn't escape. However, I'm proud to share that for the past 8 months, I have successfully refrained from touching cigarettes altogether I know sometimes i feel like smoking one but i dont want to break the gap which i have created. Hope and pray that people who are addicted to smoking will reduce their daily count and if possible they can quit the habbit for lifetime God bless everyone❤

@@sapnasharma4204 Hey Sapna I know it differs from person to person, however i'll try to share few tips that might help you 1.Decrease your daily count gradually like if you are smoking a pack then make it to 8 cigarettes, do it until you reach 3 cigarettes per day 2.Replacing cigarettes with an alternative is important so have a glass of coconut water or any sort of juice when u feel like to go for a smoke 3.Concentrate on your fitness, Do little amount of exercises on daily basis. 4. Most important thing is to cut down those 3 cigarettes/day so what you need to do is make a goal for not touching a single smoke for 14 days( Right after 2 weeks try to push it for another week and now prepare your mind in meanwhile that you are not gonna break this chain cuz you've done this with a lot of dedication so keep that in mind) I know how difficult it is, nevertheless WHEN I CAN SO YOU CAN and i hope this helps.

Very informative and exactly as I have experienced.. Myself a quitter for 8 years and now a national level sportsperson.. Been a heavy smoke addict since college.. I was a chain smoker since 10 years. I used to smoke 40- 50 cigarettes in one day. Its been more than 5 years I quitted smoking. You will not believe I left cigarettes in a single day. I promise myself that I wont smoke from next day onwards and that is how I stopped smoking without any alter option. I also drank alcohol half bottle daily since last 16 years. Its been 2 weeks I left it, same way I left smoke. Feeling happier and blessed. Hope god will bless me with good health in future😞

I haven't smoke since 1st April20 and I found out the best way to quit smoking is never to hang around smokers 😁 and I found the strong reason to quit smoking is lung cancer ( I have seen someone dying with it. And pain he was facing is unbearable) 😭

Very true and can relate it very well..on my 40th Birthday (27th Feb'24) i decided to quit. I did try it earlier several times but wasnt not able to then in Jan i ran Tata MUMBAI Marathon 42Km my first FM.. thats when i got more clarity in my life, that moment after 35th Km when every part of body says to stop the race and ur mind keeps motivating to reach the finish line. Finally its been more than 2 weeks haven't touched and now dont feel the urge and best part was on 10th Mar i was able to do my personal best Half Marathon in 1hr 55mins prior to it i wasn't able to touch 2hrs in any half marathon.. today i feel good more confident more energetic.. i guess thats the best gift that i could gift myself on my birthday.

I used to engage in several harmful habits such as smoking cigarettes, weed, ice, and sheesha. I also used to drink alcohol excessively and was taking some dancing pills. I understand that these were extremely unhealthy habits, and I regret ever starting them in the first place. However, I am happy to inform you that I have completely quit all of these harmful habits. I am now 22 years old, and I feel more energetic than ever before. Quitting these harmful habits was not easy, and it took a lot of effort and determination on my part. But I realized that these habits were not only affecting my health but also my relationships and productivity. I am grateful for the support of my loved ones, and I hope to continue living a healthy and fulfilling life. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope my story can inspire others who are struggling with harmful habits to make positive changes in their lives.

I was a smoker for a long 17 years , i started smoking in 2003 and stopped in 2020 and now it has been successful 3 years of quitting. First of all You have to be strong and only with ur strong will power you can quit smoking and no alternative nothing just quit it and announce it loud and clear among ur smoker friends and stay along with your smoker friends and try strengthen ur will power which tells u not to smoke and dont smoke whatever it may be and let the time pass by and u will be successful my friend. One more important thing u will get second hand smoke by staying with your smoker friends which is also harmful but can b a good support to ur efforts and after some time slowly change ur habits and stop staying with smokers and get rid of second hand smoking, Make new friends indulge urself in new activities, start exercisimg, Eat healthy, Drink fluids And yes WILL POWER is the only key. After 17 years of smoking, I left it 3 months 20 days and 19 hours since I smoked my last ciggerrate, I thought it will be so difficult and all, but it was easy for me, there is nothing called as addiction if we have the right mindset and willpower

It has been only 8 days of quitting i was an athlete and a heavy smoker which heavily affected my life you know i cant even type because my hands are shaking😢 i have anger issue and irritability i used to smoke two packs nearly 40 ciggartess per day i although dont see any difference but your words are so motivatling i belive you i fight with my mother i regret it atleast now i can acknowdge my emotions and where it cone from i am totally ashamed love you mummy 😢 my mother i will quit for you and for my family well being they are always worried ab9ut me i am in extrmee depression but feel relaxed for soem time you are totally gods blessing may god bless you doctor shabiba❤😊

I was extremely heavy smoker. Have been smoking for almost 19 years. I used to smoke 15-20 cigarettes a day. Even I tried many ways to quit but nothing worked. One day I felt a lump near my collar bone and I stopped smoking from that moment. No cravings, nothing! Now it’s been a year and half since I last smoked!😊 Thankfully the lump wasn’t cancer. So I think it’s all about how firmly you stand with your decision of quitting. Be strong and quit smoking! You’ll feel better. Choose life❤!

Good video. I like to share my experince. I smoked for about 40 years. Due to COVID mild effect, for a week I did not smoke. Then I continued not smoking. It is almost one year I have not smoked. All the symptoms explained in the video are truly I had undergone. Even after one year after quitting smoking the urge to smoke lingers in my mind now and then very strongly. It is so strong I get dreams puffing a cigarettee. I hope I will not resort to real smoking again in my life. I advise the smokers to quit the habbit. It is possible to quit. It is worth trying .

I have been smoking daily for the last 12 years and had never thought of quitting it. Suddenly on the 24th of March 2023 (7 days ago) after finishing my last cigarette at night, the thought of quitting smoke hit my mind. And I decided not to smoke anymore. It's been 7 days now and I have neither smoked nor had any high urge. 'You cannot quit until you decide' It's not that tough, don't go for the slow quitting process by reducing the quantity instead take the decision and strike on your craving as hard as you can. Be honest with yourself and keep telling yourself that 'You are strong, you can do it'.

But I got approximately only 50% relief in my body and again I was thinking that I should smoke a little,but I didn't do that Then I watched this video and accept it Now after 3 weeks, I am feeling well with positive behaviour from every part of my body and Living a Happy Life 😊❤ But, Literally...., "Health is Wealth"💪
