Richard, I am in tears. I am so so very sorry for your loss. I lost my mother last Sept. 30 after caring for her for 20 yrs. OMG!!! YES,YES YES TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELVES. Richard this video took a lot of courage. I'm about your age (Oct 1958), we never get so old or so strong that we can hold back those tears, sometimes it's a river. I lost my only son a couple years ago. He was only 32. Before that both my parents were killed in a car crash. I truly feel your pain. I practically shut down to a point of mere existence for a while. Please take all the personal time you need to grieve, reflect and heal. We all understand. My only advice on that would be, try to bounce back as soon as you are able to. If not, it can be detrimental to your health both physically and emotionally. I'm living proof you can overcome, and you will. Memories of mom will become only good ones quicker than you think. Trust me on this! God bless you and your family my friend.
