What a beautiful homage to trees! In some cultures trees are referred to as ancestors, wise and sacred. There are so many wonderful stories around and about trees. I share your love for trees 🌳🍂🌲

After five years of no trees in my life and no view really of anything, I have a huge tree to watch all year round. I like your tree mine is a city one, with a bus top underneath its branches. Loads of wild creatures for sure, and hover flies love it so we have plenty of those helping pollinate things. It has been a joy to have a whole season watching it. Now I want another a little closer! Loved your narration. And the painting is lovely too. I like the long view of trees, that many of them have longer slower lives than us. Let’s look after them instead of consuming them.

Yes, let's! how come there were no trees in your life? Did you live in the desert? I can't imagine living without trees. Not even for a holiday. But we have no tree-less landscapes here, so that's easily said...

I feel just the same as you regarding trees. The human race is dwarfed by them, not only literally, but spiritually too. Your painting is simply sublime… Thank you for posting this 👩🏻‍🎨🖌🎨❤️
