I pre detangle and oil before washing my hair then right after the shampoo I deep condition my hair. I want the deep conditioner to penetrate the hair shaft as much as possible after clean hair. After then waiting about 30 to 45 mins I rinse out the deep conditioner and then use the conditioner duo of the shampoo to seal the hair cuticles. I don’t want the hair cuticles sealed before the deep conditioner is used.
