A really great channel i have found, it tells us normal drivers what we need to know, not like the BBC Top Gear programme which just performs stunts and jokes around. I wish the UK had informative programmes like this. The newer Passat Alltrack is rare in the uk and i am looking for one with the Dynaudio system in it, so very difficult indeed.

Very very good review. Too bad mine doesn't have the lane assist! I lived it in my previous Volvo V90.

Great review, but I still have one question: I am in North America and just bought a low mileage 2019 Alltrack with 6 speed manual, which I love. Looking at European VW web sites, it appears that for 2021 the only transmission option is DSG. Is that correct? But I'm really wondering about 2020. Does/did it have a manual option?

@Autogefuel What about real life fuel consumption having in mind that we have 272 HP under the hood. In terms of usability, what is your opinion about best choice between gasoline and diesel on this Alltrack?

Do these NOT have wireless android auto? It seems often carplay is wireless and android auto is not.

I have had my All track written off after a series off failures. I was very dissapointed as I am a great supporter of German engineering. BMW mbikes and festoons woodworking equipment/

Boy, I really like that Passat Alltrack! Anyone have any pull with VW in order to convince them to sell this in the USA... ;-)

David Giles only cheap stuff for USA. That’s VW politics. In another hand not many Americans would spend to much money on VW, they rather buy Audi .

@@Hercegovac.1 VW are a cheap car. They are not expensive luxury. The reason why estates/wagons are not selling that well is due to the fact America has lots of SUV options including cross overs which are similar to a car. Why would anybody buy an estate when they can have a SUV. American cars are cheaper because they have very little taxation on them. Cars are just less expensive in America as a whole and that even includes Audi. An Audi Q5 in America comes in at about $5000 cheaper than in Germany.
