I bought a couple keys like the one shown here for a 2011 rav4 through a vendor in Amazon paid $36 for both had about 200+ 4 1/2 star reviews. Took them to my nearest Home Depot paid $8 to have them cut. I paid $320 For an xtool ip616 got them both programmed in minutes. Now I have an 05 matrix I need keys programmed. Easy peazy...

If you have a valet keys only you can go to lost all keys and make a master with the new one and then reprogram the valet keys back to the car

So can you make a master key when all keys are lost?

05 toyota prius can not get it to reprogram the immobilizer! locks and unlocks ok. starts car but security light flashes while driving. tried to reprogram with key button in and out no difference? think key fob is master key but not sure? key fob has silver toyota logo on back of one of them? using xtool D8 will not program. is there some kind of adapter i need to reprogram the immobilizer?

Yes. I use it on my Jeep and our mustang

A whole lot easier than Toyota's own Techstream 😂. By the way, what defines a Master key vs a sub? How would I know which one of my 2 OEM keys is a master? Also, I still did a third key, my daughter needs ine too 😂, would that work as a sub key?

Sub key would be a valet key. It’s grey in color and only unlocks the doors and starts the car
