how do you do this if every single key has been lost and you purchased and aftermarket third party key fob for the 2016 Ford fusion hybrid?

There are videos for all keys lost. Choose the all keys lost and i believe you have to have a door open to make it work if you don't have a key.

Also if it's a push button you need to push the button with the key fob and follow instructions on the screen. Make sure the key fob is compatible for the car.

I got lost after you put the key in the center console. What was in the center console? What does the center console have to do with all this?

@user-sq5kr9zs9b I did it with a 2017 smart and the 2015 ford fusion. The smart fortwo erased all my keys and i got the code and program the keys back.
