Have you used them on newer systems?
Common issue with Toyota/Lexus/Subaru. For some reason the immo units don't like used chips. While the chip may indeed show that it's been virginized it simply will not program. Must use a NEW virgin chip. Does not have to be OEM. Aftermarket work as long as it has never been written to. Weird.

Have you done 2023 Corolla Hybrid adding key yet? Any special tools or cables and remove the console needed, or easy via OBD port?

I don't have the km100 but from what I see, if it's adding a key you should be able to.

We had the original key already and it was all with OBD

Can any autel key be program with the Rav4 or it has to be the same key as the OEM ?

Essentially, you're asking if you can program aftermarket and yes, you can. As long as the correct FCC id/ key part number is in autels database then you should be able to.

If u have the autel km100 u can generate a key from autel keyfob them program to your Toyota
