I think so.

I'm thinking this will work the same on a 2020 Silverado. Can I just add key if they only have one key, or should I proceed with AKL? Thank you, great video.

Silverado should be the exact same. I stay away from AKL unless necessary. I'd do add key unless the customer is worried about the lost key being found by someone other than the owner. Thanks for the compliment.

Yes, but the key should still program.
