As far as brace height is concerned, manufacturers give a range of heights usually close to an inch or so. And bows are optimized for that height. As long as you are within that range there is really no difference in performance, and very little little effect on accuracy. A greater brace height within the manufacturers recommendations will usually give you a little quieter shot and less hand shock/vibration.
