Do you mean the egg and milk part at the end? If so, that's an egg wash. I've never used powder to make my egg wash so not sure how that would turn out but I have used evaporated milk in lieu of reg fresh milk. That works just as well. Hope this was helpful. Happy baking and Enjoy... 😋

Same here, I am trying this recipe as I write and hope it comes out ok. My dough wasn't nearly as smooth as yours. Am I over kneading or under kneading? Or doing something else incorrect...lol

I'll keep practicing, my rolls didn't come out as fluffy as yours, but still came out great! The whole family loved them. I also did a batch with meat and cheese and they were delicious! We'll get there...lol thank you🥰

You know I love a good cream cheese and bread recipe (as well as my siblings) so you know I'm going to make this. I noticed something though. Your dough looked very wet. Here we're using bread flour (yeah!). Could that be the reason?

Hi Tammie, yes I noticed this bread flour absorbed liquid so well. And its easy to make its smooth.😊
