Soft And Fluffy Cream Cheese Loaf

How to make a soft and fluffy Cream Cheese Loaf Bread with Cranberries.
Here's what you'll need:
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
1 egg
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
2 cups all purpose flour or bread flour (250g)
1/2 tsp salt (2g)
1/3 cup cream cheese (75g)
3 tbsps unsalted butter (42g)
FILLING:
1/2 cup cream cheese (110g)
1/2 cup dried cranberries(70g)
-plus 2 tablespoons sugar for sweeter side (optional)
EGGWASH:
1 egg and 2 tbsp milk beaten together

I have also made a few and it was always perfect. Her garlic and pumpkin dinner rolls are simply the best. If you haven’t tried it, give it a go. ❤❤❤
It turned out great! Thankyou so much! Instead of cranberries I added pumpkin and some spices in with the cream cheese and it tasted amazing!

Do u mean raw pumpkin, pumpkin spices, or like the canned pumpkin filling?

Pumpkin puree from the can, I just added the spices in with it :)

I think it will be helpful to include in the video the temperature of the milk because i made mistake assuming you used cold milk and result was frustration.
Kalau tidak pakai Ctram Cheese apakah bisa? Saya tidak makan cream cheese
Can this be prepared in advance and baked the next day?
I’m wondering if you can leave the loaf in the fridge overnight and bake in the morning?
Does the water need to be room temp or warm at all? I assume cold isn't good? Love this recipe. Can't wait to give it a try 😁👍💕

Since we’re using instant yeast in the recipe, we can use from room temp to lukewarm milk😊
