Enjoy~

I made this recipe yesterday and I had to put more flour than in the recipe, but probably because it was cake flour instead of bread flour, which doesn't absorb the liquids the same way. Anyway, I still tried and let it rise, and even though it took way more time to, it came out pretty well!! I added some extra sugar and orange flower essence to it and it tastes super good.

Mine was too wet. I added a Tb spoon of powder milk and 1 1/2 of flour to get to the texture I saw on the video. I used baking paper, not going too high on the sides of the air fryer basket and did the final rise there. I preheated the machine and also baked at 150 Celsius but for 10 minutes only and it was enough.

Thank you for the recipe! It's so cold where I live that I actually left it two nights to go up... Once when the dough was a ball, and once when it was a bunch of little cakes. They came out today, they were DELICIOUS! I'll try the milk bread next! They were super sweet despite being so low on sugar. I think I might try adding a bit of cookie dough on top to make melon pan a bit more easily (the traditional melon pan recipe takes me about 5 hours if I count the waiting times).
