Ingredients (材料):
300g (2 1/4 cups) bread flour or high protein flour (面包粉/高筋面粉)
30g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tsp instant yeast (即溶酵母)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (甜炼奶)
190ml cold milk(冷牛奶)
30g Butter (牛油)
Cheese Filling (芝士馅):
200g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
40g caster sugar (细砂糖)
50ml milk (鲜奶)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)

Omg im so happy i saw the notification for this video! I used to go to a chinese buffet when i was younger but they closed down when i was in elementary school. I always grabbed these buns even though my family didnt want me eating dessert before the meal haha. I tried to play it off as normal bread until my grandma caught me by seeing a filling inside of them lol

don't understand why can't you use the tsp / tbsp together with gram, but you had wrote 300g (2 1/4 cups) bread flour, why not for salt & nstant yeast etc.
