Ingredients (材料):
300g (2 1/4 cups) bread flour or high protein flour (面包粉/高筋面粉)
30g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tsp instant yeast (即溶酵母)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (甜炼奶)
190ml cold milk(冷牛奶)
30g Butter (牛油)
Some bread flour (适量面包粉)

搓的时候可以沾点水或油,就不会黏手了
